How many people do I need for a reservation?
There is no minimum or maximum - couples or groups are welcome!

Do I get to pick the wineries/route?
If you have a preference on which wineries you would like to go to, we can certainly try to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee it.

Can I request a special pick up location other than the listed pickup locations?
Yes, we can arrange a special pick up location for groups for an additional charge.  Please call for details.

What time is pick up and drop off?
Pick up and drop off time varies due to the number of people and pick up locations. Approximate pick up is 11:00am with a drop off at approximately 5:30pm.

What does the package price include?
Your tour guide/driver, VIP tastings, transportation (local), tour & meal are included. The only thing not included in the fee is your gratuity for your tour guide/driver. We suggest a minimum of 10% gratuity.  Prices vary due to location and customized packages.  Please call for details.

Can we bring a minor along on a tour?
You must be 21 years of age to take a tour with us.

Can we bring alcohol along to drink on the bus?
No, we do not allow consumption of alcohol on our buses. There is plenty to drink throughout the day!

Can I book a private bus for my group?
You can reserve one of our 12 or 14 passenger buses for your group. If your group is not that large, but you would still like a private bus, empty seats are sold for $50 per person.

Can you accommodate a group over 14 people?
Yes, you have an option of splitting the group into 2 vehicles which will follow each other and join each other at the wineries or breweries.
    OR
We can rent a larger bus to accommodate a larger group, although the price will increase. Call or use our inquiry page for a quote.

If I book a tour for just 2 people, will we be joining others on the tour?
Yes, it is most likely you will be on one of our buses with other couples and/or groups.

I want to make a reservation for a group but I don't want to pay for all of them, can I do that?
Yes! Fill out the inquiry form and sent it to us. We will create a group reservation for you and provide you with a reservation number that you can give to your group and they can go online and pay for their own seat/s.

I want to make a reservation for a group but I am not sure how many people I have.
We will create a reservation for you based on your best estimate of your count. We will require a final count and payment for the group at least 2 weeks before the tour date. Any empty, unpaid seats will be released 2 weeks prior to the tour date. For example, if your tour date is Jan 14th, any unpaid seats will be released on the morning of Jan 1st.

If I need to cancel, can I get a refund?
Yes, for small groups/couples, we would hope you will reschedule with us, but if you do request a refund and you cancel at least 2 days prior to the tour date, we will be happy to refund your payment, less a $10 per person cancellation fee. Large group cancellations must be received at least one week prior to the date of the tour. $10 per person cancellation fee will be withheld.

Any cancellations within 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable unless we are able to resell the seats.

Severe weather cancellations are the exception. We will work with each person/group individually to address the situation.
